I've only started paying attention to the forum within the past couple weeks (probably less), and I've seen this exact thread.

Give support some time and they'll get back to you eventually. The gifter may have not known about the rules, but providing you a link to that Russian torrent site sounds extremely dodgy. No matter what happens, I'm fairly certain you won't be getting your Assassin's Creed 3 on Steam.

You did everything right, now you have to play the waiting game.

I won a copy of Assassin's Creed 3 over a week ago. The sender tried to send me a Uplay key and sent me a link to a Russian torrent site. I tried contacting the sender to tell him I wasn't excepting that key and I also opened a support ticket to see what the mods had to say and I haven't heard from either of those people. I recently marked the gift as not received. So what happens now? The sender obviously has no intention of sending me a steam game. Do the moderators take this seriously? I've never had this happen so I have no clue how to proceed.
