Is this related at all to the four Call of Cthulhu games on Steam? And more importantly...will it get a PC release? I hope so!!!

It will be released on PC (it says so on their Twitter page plus Focus, they always release their games on PC, don't they?) and I don't think it's related. It's related to the Cthulhu universe. That's good imo. Let's keep it separate.

Aren't they just a publisher? And yes, for example Runaway series.

Focus is the publisher, and their catalogue is a bit questionable but they have published some good stuff as well (Battlefleet Gothic, the Wargame titles, all the Pendulo games, etc.),
Cyanide is the developer, and their games have been hit-and-miss in the past but the quality seems to be improving, if Styx: Master of Shadows is any indication. I'm cautiously optimistic about this one.

I just hope it won't turn out to be some kind of walking simulator with a few arbitrary rpg elements tacked on.
