I considered getting it, but there are so many negative reviews about not working on Meta Quest, or how the devs promised fixes but never delivered

VR is like a cycle.

When i was a tennager over 20 years ago i bought a VR helmet because it was supposed to be the latest shit and the future of gaming.
Every Festival started to had a VR Arcade stand (Yep Arcades where still a thing back then)
After the initial hype it slowly started to die.

Fast forward to day VR is supposed to be the latest shit and the future of gaming.... blablabla
And yet the gear ist still to limited and cumbersome to use to be mainstream.
It will die again.

Maybe the next cycle will be different but then i will be probably to old to even care.
