Steam User will not accept gift after winning giveaway?

Hi sorry if this is the wrong place, but I tried to search the forum and didn't have any luck. There didn't seem to be anything in the FAQs, either.

I made a giveaway and have sent the gift, but the winner hasn't claimed it. I have tried to friend them on Steam and they've refused my friend requests so I'm not really sure what to do about this.

It has been five days. I saw that you should wait a week before requesting help from the site about receiving gifts, but I wasn't sure that applied when you were trying to give something away, haha.

Try on the Support forum. It will be easier to manage for the mods if it is there instead of here.
