I am not interested in:
Stuff like that I guess, I mean every genres has ups and downs, but if a game has what is mentioned above, it kind of gets an auto ignore for me, other genres I will check out and decide on the spot. Am sure I am missing a few but these I could think of real fast.

I would say strategy games xD But it depends on the game itself. Some strategy games are ok, most of them are not for me ^^

sports games, card games, visual novels, beat em ups, any sort of manga games and i guess i forgot a few.
i'd rather go to bed than play any of these.

Sports games in general excluding Rocket League. I love Rocket League <3

Sports. 8-bit platformers. Most rogue-likes (FTL and Everspace being exceptions). Modern military shooters. Free-to-play games. MMOGs and MOBAs. VR. Battle Royale. JRPGs. Bullet hell games. Multiplayer survival games. Fighting games.
Not sure if these count because I have no experience with them but I have no desire to try visual novels or hidden object games.

Cancer games:
MOBA's, Hero shooters, Battle Royale, survival games, ironic simulator games.
Please stop making those.

Oh yes. I hate those!

Just any kind of simulator games like Farming Simulator, Train Simulator, etc.

I downright hate MOBAs, Battle Royales and those "lol random" meme games. Reading through the other comments, I realized that I also dislike sport games, tower defences and (mostly) card games. I'm quite picky, it seems :D

Everything anime, especially hentai (it's just aesthetically and often ethically disgusting), tower defense, sport games, multiplayer games (exact genre doesn't matter), meme games, roguelike (although some exceptions can be made here), bullet hell, retro platformers, fighting games and so on, and so forth.

Lets see, the genres I dislike:
Sport games (with the exception of racing)
Puzzle games (exception to this are games like Portal)
Visual Novels (I do want to try out the Steins;Gate games, to see the endings and stories that aren't adapted in the Anime)
Hentai games, games centred around nudity and sex (they only moment I want stuff like that is when I feel like fapping, which is pretty often tbh :|. But not for actual gaming or stuff)
Horror (I don't need to stress my hearth out even more, the exception to this is BloodBorne (which was more WTF than actually scary)
Hotbar MMORPGs (I kinda grew out of them).
JRPGs where you need to grind a lot of monsters to level up so you can beat a single boss (which often isn't even the final boss).
Also so far the only MOBA that I enjoyed was Fractured Space. I want to like the genre, but I can't.

Majority of turn-based games (especially RPG), majority of management games, pretty much every strategy game with very few exceptions, card games, but most importantly, simply bad games. Even a genre I dislike can have its charm if used properly to fit my play style (I like Civ 5, for example, but can't stand strategy games in general). A bad game will be bad no matter what - I dislike games where a very low amount of effort was put in making it fun/good, like the asset-flipping crap or tryhard AAA that simply fails to entertain.

Anime games with fanservice and specially hentai/eroge ones - every game-shaped excuse for porn is an instant hide/ignore
I'm not into 'realistic' FPS either, most of those look the same and kinda boring
I never felt the need to try any MOBAs, and I don't play MMORPGs (most of them are like paying to work a second job)
Clicker games are ridiculously predatory;
Ironic/meme games are not funny and there's way too much of them.
Sports and racing games are definitely not my thing, Bullet Hell and Hidden Object games aren't my cup of tea either (I do like point n click/puzzle games, tho)

I can enjoy literally any genre except JRPG's. I find them extremely boring.

"last drop" of my dislikes was Homefront Revolution, i expected some action and instead of this i got milion of scenes, ran into room... talking, ran out, talking. spotted enemy, talking. 50 hours of talking before i can do anything. Oh wait finally i was able to do some action... Another talking! (so we can say i dont like "story" games?) Am so happy i got game for nearly nothing at least. So i play games where is clearly something to do without loads of sauce around. Mainly PUBG, then for small fun clustertruck or TABS or CoH or some cars. I got totally tired of games. Id like to play game not movie with some extra clicking around. Well overall i didnt played anything in last two weeks and more (if i exclude hour of Clustertruck)
So what i like? FPS/TPS, sometimes racing and strategy

Now in the past I, along with others, have made topics about you favorite games. The types you like and love.
But lets go in a different direction now, and you will also see just how half awake I am while posting this. >_<
What kinds of games so you like the least? The kinds you don't want to buy. Hell, the kinds you never even want to see on your steam or SG giveaways.
I, myself, have no interest in visual novels after trying a few. They are just boring to me. I'd rather sit with a physical book in my hands (which I LOVE to do over readers), RTS games are also not my cup of tea. And as much as I love rpg's, even the old SNES days style ones, I am sick and tired of seeing those RPG maker games.
Edit- I forgot to mention that I HATE tower defense games also.
