He started the giveaway 5 days ago. He won the game 3 days ago. If you're not allowed to win a giveaway that you've made previously, then I'm at fault here too. I gave something away, it peeked my interest later on, tried to win and did win.

SteamGifts FAQ: "if you win a game, it must be activated and redeemed to the Steam account used during registration".
I'd suggest buying it fast and activating before getting suspended. You have like 10 minutes...

I have been trying to get the dlc for overlord (Overlord: raising hell) for a while on the trade forums, however everybody either wants cs:go items or games on their wishlist.
I have a game called trinium wars which costs more than the actual overlord DLC that I am willing to trade for the DLC. So yeah, if you're interested please reply :p
