After winning a giveway something fishy happened.

So I won a giveaway for The Ship complete pack which I just happened to receive this morning. I claimed it and it shows up in my library. About an hour ago I got something in my inventory. It was "The Ship Complete Pack" that I had just received. Is this normal? Can I give it away because I will. IDK if it was a glitch or it's a normal thing for this game.
