How's the weather up there? We've got a heatwave all across the country. Soaking my feet in water helps drain me of the extra calories keeping me hot. What's your method to stay cool?

We've had as heat wave but it's cooler now, we've had lot of rain.
I really dislike the heat - I try to stay cool by opening the window, pointing a small fan towards my desk and letting it blow. Else, I go to the beach, the water's always super cold there. :P

Hmm blowing air out the window. I guess if you have warmer air indoors than outside that makes sense ;)
It's cooler in the morning so I open all the windows in the morning in hopes it counteracts the heat being stored in the middle of the day. It seems to make for a cooler evening temperature, but I could be wrong :p

Nah, I point the fan towards me/my desk. The air is cooler outside - the house is well isolated so it's cool all afternoon but in the evening it has the opposite effect... at the heat stuck in the attic from the afternoon starts to get in the house, so the house is warm and outside is cool.
