The best giveaways overall are not public but for groups/whitelists or invite only. Getting to a higher level will increase your chance to get into groups that do that giveaways or passing requirements to invite only giveaways.

I wonder what the distribution of all levels and giveaways is.
Is there such a statistic available somewhere which shows how many percent have achieved level 10 or how many giveaways require at least level 3 or what the average giveaway value per level is?
Thanks in advance for helping me out.
Btw: This could also be helpful for lower level members to increase motivation of more giveaways to increase the level
