Steam game bundles purchase options

So I keep hearing about these indie game bundles (indie gala, humble indie bundle etc.) and I noticed that they have a minimum price of $0.01 but they only allow paypal or credit cards. I have $0.01 in steam credits coincidentally and no credit card. Does anybody know of any indie bundles that use steam credits and if that is even possible?

even if there is such an option, you will get steam keys for games if you pay at least 1USD

You can't transfer Steam balances, so no, it's not possible.
