I've been going through my ever-growing backlog of games and I sometimes come across one for which there is no Steam store page. I assume this is a removed game? Is there a way to get the archive of the page or something? Some of these games, I have no idea what they are and it would be nice to get some info.

Why not just google the game name?

http://archive.org/web/ perhaps? Or just browse its community page.

Here is a list of all games removed from Steam : http://timekillerz.eu/removed/games.php

Here is a steam group dedicated to collecting them : https://steamcommunity.com/linkfilter/?url=http://timekillerz.eu/removed/games.php

If a game is removed, the store page is gone, the community hub and forum is still there though!

good point. I've never really made use of the Community hub, it's quite useful. Is there a way to see the old reviews?

You can see a few reviews of the game you're interested in using the link from this comment. -If you can find the steam URL of the game you are searching for. If looking for the URL of a removed game. A simple way would be to find the community hub, grab the app number (from URL) and put that at the end of a regular store link http://store.steampowered.com/app/
Or you can just read the posts in the community hub I suppose. Sometimes they are helpful.

Sorry to bump, but I have a question related to the topic.

I have few gifts on steam and I would like to giveway them (counter strike 2012 complete, metro last light and others) but they seem to be removed.

Is there a way to giveway them here?

Support > New Ticket > Add Game to the List > Write the games in question, preferably with their AppID/SubID if possible.

seem to be removed from where? those particular games do not have steam storefronts anymore because they were removed from the steam store, but both appear to still be gift-able games here.
