Hello everybody

With family and job I don't get to play tons of big 100 hours AAA-titles anymore. So I got much pickier about which big games to play. But also I enjoy little games much more, meaning games that I can play in between or that I can beat within 2 or 3 evenings. That's why I decided to start a curator page for just these kind of games. If you're interested, feel free to take a look (or even follow me) here.

Of course this kind of advertisement would be dull (maybe it is even so ;) ) if I wouldn't have some GAs for you, so here you go with a little train of bundled games:
This way to the train
(Disclaimer: These games don't correspond with the games of my curator page.)

And as a bonus I have a copy of Figment
Bedtime Digital Games (the creators of the game) provided me with a key I can give away, so others can enjoy the game as well. So I gladly give it away here to someone of you. All you have to do is answer three little + easy questions about my review of the game. Here is your link to the question:
This way to the Figment-GA

If you have recommendations for other games I should have an eye on and maybe (when I have the time) could test, I always enjoy those. Or things that make me laugh of course. :)

PS: Being a gamer with little time means also to be a SG-User with little time, so please forgive me, if I may not be so fast with responding to your comments.

Followed your curator, I don't have little time but little motivation so it'll help me as well I think. :)

There are no requirements for following. Everybody might follow out of the reasons suitable to him... 😆🙃

Thanks for the follow!

Thanks for the giveaway! Had Figment wishlisted :)

So that this is not a generic thanks, how does one become a curator? I like writing reviews for games I complete, and have dozens of them already...

It's already not generic in my eyes by saying, that you have Figment on your wishlist ;)

To start a curator page you have to create a group (or become a member of a group that has a curator page). But if you really want your curator reviews being read I recommend you to either make your curator unique (by focusing on a specific aspect that you want to rate) or to try to become a curator in a group that already has a bunch of followers. Otherwise you'll probably end up with just a hand full of followers like many many other curator pages.

so here's something interesting...

when i follow your links to the curators page, I can see it's called "gamers with only little time" in my firefox client. I don't use this for steam so I can't follow as I need to log in. When i go to my steam application and search curator's I can't find you, no matter what I search for. And I can't put the web address from the address bar in as steam doesn't have one... hmm.. ideas?

Thanks for the feedback. No idea what the problem is or why you don't find me. But you could try to search for a game I curated (i.e. Figment) and then search through the curators that wrote a review for that game. That way you should find my curator page on steam even if it's somehow hidden for you by search.
(Figment only has two pages of curator reviews at the moment, so you don't have to go through tons of pages as well.)

I don't know if you found it but I did it this way, search by steam user name and go to curator page from his front page link.
Hope it helps

I did, I did it as Gibor suggested, he was at the bottom on the first page. Thanks for the suggestion though.

With family and job I don't get to play tons of big 100 hours AAA-titles anymore.

Those are also rarer and rarer, usually only multiplayer games provide so many hours of content.

True, but even 30, 50 or 70 hours are a challenge, meaning you can't play dozens of those, so you have to chose wisely. And there are still enough of those, that I can't even think about playing them all.

You're welcome and thank you for your suggestion. I've got that one on my list (I even own it already) but didn't had the chance to try it out yet.

I feel the same, still want to play the AAA titles, but don't have time between work and kids.
Started playing the smaller titles and must say, it actually feel great.

My recommendation, Rive: Wreck, Hack, Die, Retry!

Thanks for your recommendation. I didn't knew, that this was actually one with a pretty short campaign (only saw it now in one of the reviews). I'l keep that one in mind, thanks!

Interesting curator approach. Thank you for the GAs!

I recommend:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/288040/Actual_Sunlight/ (very short interactive story, but beware: it's depressing)
For one or a few rounds every now and then:

Thanks a lot for your suggestions, especially for "Actual Sunlight", which I never heard of before and which sounds great, and for "There came an echo" which I think I saw on Steam once but just skipped it. Now after a closer look I added it (and Actual Sunlight) to my wishlist. The other two I keep in mind. So far I've not being fond so much of the thought of playing a tabletop game on my pc, but I keep thos two in mind. Ticket to ride I played the non-pc version with my family. Might be a good way to start this genre at some point.
