Hello everybody

With family and job I don't get to play tons of big 100 hours AAA-titles anymore. So I got much pickier about which big games to play. But also I enjoy little games much more, meaning games that I can play in between or that I can beat within 2 or 3 evenings. That's why I decided to start a curator page for just these kind of games. If you're interested, feel free to take a look (or even follow me) here.

Of course this kind of advertisement would be dull (maybe it is even so ;) ) if I wouldn't have some GAs for you, so here you go with a little train of bundled games:
This way to the train
(Disclaimer: These games don't correspond with the games of my curator page.)

And as a bonus I have a copy of Figment
Bedtime Digital Games (the creators of the game) provided me with a key I can give away, so others can enjoy the game as well. So I gladly give it away here to someone of you. All you have to do is answer three little + easy questions about my review of the game. Here is your link to the question:
This way to the Figment-GA

If you have recommendations for other games I should have an eye on and maybe (when I have the time) could test, I always enjoy those. Or things that make me laugh of course. :)

PS: Being a gamer with little time means also to be a SG-User with little time, so please forgive me, if I may not be so fast with responding to your comments.

Hexcells is a pretty chill puzzle game with a very relaxing atmosphere. It's very similar to Minesweeper, but with new mechanics and no need to make a 50/50 guess.
Each level can be completed in around 5-10 minutes depending on the difficulty, so it's great if you don't have much time.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions. Those look both very interesting and I never heard about neither of them. Especially Through Abandoned really sounds appealing and was an instant addition to my wishlist.

Just by the way: It's not a puzzle, it's more like a "keep the bots out"-doorhandle. 😃
(I wouldn't have time to create sophisticated puzzles neither... ;-) )

Thank you for the GA's and I'll follow your curator page from now on. I'm in the same predicament and there are indeed games we can still play. I'm loving puzzles and brain pickers like :

Splice
Kami
World of goo
Closure
Knights

Or other short adventures :

The Shivah
Crawl (multiplayer also)
Home
Everything
Mountain (wich can play even without you)
Type:Rider
One Eyed Kutkh
The Plan
Please, Don’t Touch Anything

Thanks a lot for your suggestions. Some of your games have been mentioned by others too, but there were also some games, I've never heard of before, that I instantly put on my wishlist (Closure, Home, Type:Rider and One Eyed Kutkh).

Same situation here. I tend to dismiss the indie titles and stick to the AAA games. They take weeks to complete but to me they are more satisfying that the 2h/3h games.

Well there are some really, really great indie titles that are really worth the experience and beaat many AAA titles in terms of the gaming experience. But I don't want to miss out the AAA games completly. Therefore I have a mix. I often have 3 games installed: A bigger (AAA) title, I play over a longer period of time, a small title that is ideal for little bits of time (15, 30 minutes) and a game I can beat in an evening or two, if I'm in the mood for a short story/gaming experience. Works out well for me, but gladly everyone has to find it's own way with his limited time.
I know of people who still stick with big multiplayer games (that I deliberately ignore) for example and organise their life so they can still play them i.e. having agreements with their wifes about it.
