Indie Gala Error

Trying to buy the mystery bundle during the happy hour. Now getting an error code 14 - Access Denied (Request was blocked by the security rules).

Any idea why this is happening?

yesterday, someone mentioned here they had to contact indiegala support to get access to happy hour.
