Do the facial animations look better or worse at 60 fps if I disable the 30 fps cap?

Car physics go nuts at 60 fps, so I wouldnt recommend it personally

Speaking of which, a car hits an NPC suspect at 60 FPS(00:43) but at 30 FPS the NPC suspect does not get hit(01:44). WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCKITY FUCK?
