It's form Parks and Recreation, one of my favourite comedy series. If you're into weirdness (and seeing Chris Pratt in one of his first roles back when he wasn't as famous as he is now), I'd absolutely recommend it. Don't get discouraged by the first few episodes, it gets better constantly.

Here are some giveaways for you. Fresh from the press, running for a few days, for contributor level 3 and beyond.
It's basically a train. But the train has not been put together and is still standing on the rail yard. Which is nice, because you can see all the train wagons standing around in one place. Just look down here...
Just imagine the beautiful scenery of a dark and foggy night, the rail yard faintly illuminated by the moon light....
