Historacly have there been Steam Spring Sales or Amazon Spring Sales?

just wondering if this has historically been the case, and if so when?

The only big site wide sales are Winter and Summer. In Spring and Fall there will be some sales that are bigger than the normal sales, but not quite everything. Like last year if I recall right there was a spring indie game sale. It was a nice sale if you love indie games, but not so much if you don't.
