I find it odd that the DLC was released 3 weeks and 3 days prior to the base game.

I setup two GA's for the Ice Bastion Pack DLC, and nobody could enter either of them, even though they tried.

Base game is profile limited and SG can't check if you already own profile limited games. Once the game isn't profile limited anymore people should be able to enter giveaways for dlcs.

Haven't seen it here although it is available for a few days now. Base game Battle for the Galaxy is f2p and the DLC Ice Bastion Pack is free till 14th June.
