How long does it takes for Steam Support to reply?

Well i made a support article on not being able to find the download for half life 3 and it took them around a month.

It shouldn't take more than 12 hours.You probably selected a wrong topic to send ticket.

And what exactly are you expecting supoort to do about a revoked game ? I got some of my games revoked 3 times and support did nothing about it.

It took me about 2 days when my acclubt was hijacked. Make sure to give as much info as possible :)

i bought a game yesterday and it never showed up in my inventory so i'm about to find out..money is gone..coupon i used is gone..and no game. I was having problems when i bought it too like having to go back and reload stuff.

takes them longer than you think it will, longer than it should, and much much longer than you really need for them to respond.

also, ive found they tend to reply 2 or 3 days after ive fixed the problem myself (or the problem has automatically resolved)

what im trying to get across is that prompt service isnt something valve values very highly...
