Is Valiant Hearts Family-Sharable?

My friend bought Valiant Hearts,I was able to download it because I'm in his family sharing group but when I try to launch it it says "Failed to contact key server". Does this mean that I can't play it? I was really looking forward to this game,I would hate it if I can't play it :(

When you buy the game you get a UPlay key. Since the key's been activated, you probably won't be able to play it through Family Sharing.
