Why is the Demoman card so expensive?

You mean 0.80.

Because of market fluctuations, nothing to worry about.
Personally, I found it harder to get hold of an Engineer.
And there's no need to buy a specific TF2 card from the market, you can get them all by 1:1 trading if you are patient.

This card is listed twice on the market.

1 - DEMOMAN
2 - DEMOMAN (Game Card)

I keep reading it as Demonman..
