Mind you, some people started trains from their giveaway, but I feel it's not my place to tell you about them, nor have I checked each and every one of these giveaways.
Also did not include URL's somewhat 'hidden', so it might be a good idea to still browse through the pages (and some people have milestone giveaways etc, which of course doesn't show in this list, so you might wanna go and leave a comment on their giveaway).
I would go all the way to the last page -1 (to avoid messing with active page) but it's already past 3 am and need to work tomorrow (at 8). :P

This is actually very good. Of course, I'll go through each post to check all giveaways and count all users, but it's nice to see everything in one post.

Well, it's just 5 pages out of a whopping 16 pages currently. So it's far from everything. :P
I mean, I could have added another few pages or so by now probably, but no way I'would have made it to include all of the pages so far.
So if someone else feels called upon to copy the URL's into notepad and then paste them here... :D
In that case, I think it would be best if 'hidden' giveaways would be left out of a possible list though and comments where people don't mention the game at all, also don't mention the game through the URL in the list (the user might have a message to spread in the description to as most as possible people, not just people interested in that particular game).
And yeah, of course you should not be guided by this. It's for user convenience mostly.

I think the "one entry per person" means that one is not allowed to make multiple comments with different giveaways (for example to increase one's chance) and that it does not mean that one can't make a second giveaway within the first comment or link to a second giveaway*. :)

I said 24h so that people won't delete their giveaway immediately after receiving the wallet code. As long as you go through with the giveaway, it doesn't really matter to me whether it's 24h or 12h.
As sappyMA said, I will count it only once when you post a giveaway, but you can post multiple giveaways if you'd like. :)
