Access Denied - Steam Store [AGAIN]

Whenever I try to access Steam Store using my browser it gives me always the same message.

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/" on this server.

The reference code changes everytime I refresh the page. You guys having the same problem?

EDIT

Tried flushdns and restarting computer/router/steam client. Cleaned cookies and all my browsers.
Is it just me?...

Since it seems it only affect people from Portugal, are you guys using the same ISP?

It happened to me a few times when I tried open like twenty different pages of games in the store at same time, I had to wait some minutes for can see again the store page, maybe is some type of defense against DDos
