I realized it sometime this afternoon, in Portugal, maybe 8 to 9 hours ago.
I rebooted, it started working and then stopped again.

have you tried an incognito window? ctrl+shift+p for firefox, ctrl+shift+n for chrome
of course it will ask for a steamguard code if you try to login.
what about the client?

Already tried with incognito, the store page loads but its all messed up and if you refresh it it gives the same message.
Steam Client doesn't show nothing, just a black window.

Me too sometimes ( maybe 4 times in a month). I don't know the problem is but it always been that when i tried open many tab which i always do for seeing the game and after back to store page got the access denied and also same with other tab.
