Do you have Steam Guard on? It can be a pain, but it can also stop your account from being hacked.

Have you changed your password to something crazy, like for example

The longer it is, and the more mixed characters it is, the harder it is to brute force.

Have you also changed the password on your e-mail account. Because if you did change your steam accounts password, and you do use a big random password, and you do use steam guard, then they might be getting in that way.

Also there is an option in Steam Guard to delete all the others computers where you opened your account..

Judging from your spelling and the fact that you lack the common sense not to have your account stolen I would assume you're too young to use steam anyway, steam has methods in place to prevent these things, just read their FAQs and look for security options in accounts settings

Eh? My friend somehow fallen for a cheap russian phising site. Got his account back and all of his Dota2 in just 3 days after recovering his email account. Must be something with your email.

Maybe the hacker has a CD-key you activated on it? Or your Pay-pal information.

Did you provide proof that you own the account? Like pictures of keys that you have activated with proof of purchases etc

In my opinion Steam Support is one of the better ones out there.

I had my account Hijacked a few months ago and got it back within 2-3 day.

When you send a Support Ticket be sure to GIVE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE, Last time you logged in, Credit Card info, a Pic of a CD-Key w/ the Support Ticket number.. etc.

I suggest you reinstall your windows, maybe your antivirus says that you are clean, but most keyloggers are well protected, trust me on this.

You should have made at least one purchase through steam store with any way that you can later prove that you own that account. Or you can bomb them with all your CD-Keys and they will believe you :)

Steam support replies too slow. If you have a email that only your close friend and fmaily know, use it. And in the pass write loads of number you can remember.

You might have virus on your pc. Keylogger , rat , etc ... and he can take the info straight from you. So no matter how many mails and passwords you change he will always know. He might even see your post right now and laugh his ass off...

He already admitted that he installed games from dubious sources on his system - was only a matter of time he got infected and now he trolls around and blames everyone else. He should be lucky he didn´t use any CC yet.

You have a virus in your PC, use another computer to talk with Steam Support or format it...

a keylogger is attached to your pc, if you cant get a virustotal the safest would be to reinstall your OS

Sounds like he has access to your e-mail account if you have Steamguard on. Which may have been gained by a Trojan keylogger.
