My first puzzle :-) [Ended]

I've participated in quite a few puzzles and wanted to try my hand at creating one myself. Also I was lucky enough to win some GAs lately, so I'll give something back this way. This puzzle has 2 paRts and starTs with a lEvel 1 GA.
In the puzzle I'll Give you a quote from 4 science fiction tv shows and you'll have to figure out who said that and to whom.

Congrats to the winners.. even with the ones I entered being as low as 3, 5, 7, and 9 entries (Vessel, Clockwork, Music Machine, S.T.A.L.K.E.R) today was not the day to expand my library :D
