I can confirm 2 isn't. COD4 is at least paypal locked though meaning you'll need a Brazilian payment method/trader to get that one.

I've just checked ITAD and these prices look to be around 50% lower than the recorded lows. I don't know what your region is but unless you're in one of the cheaper/restricted ones you're really not likely to get a better price in the steam sale as you'd need a much larger discount to match Nuuvem's regional pricing.

Just tried to buy MW2 and I think it´s Paypal locked now.

Only tried MW2, already owned COD4 and MW3 was too much for me. So I can only confirm MW2 wasn't when I first posted. Even so it would seem they keys themselves aren't locked.
Was posting it mainly as we all know Activision are pretty much allergic to sales when it comes To Call of Duty and these are roughly 50% lower than the recorded lows on ITAD. Even if I only do one campaign run and occassional Spec Ops with friends ( no real interested in MP, at lleast as far as this franchise goes) I'll have got enough playtime out of it to more than cover the cost.

Honestly I was never really a big Call of Duty fan. The few I own I've grabbed when I've seen particularly good deals so I at least have the choice to play them as the steam discounts, even for the older titles are ridiculous when you take into consideration that they never seem to drop the base price either.
When played them on console my preference was for Modern Warfare over Black Ops as the achievements were all tied to the single player/co-op meaning I didn't have to worry about them when it came to the odd occassions when I did delve into the multiplayer. I wouldn't say there was anything spectacular about them and they are quite short but I've certainly played much worse.

All 3 campaigns are awesome and well worth getting imo especially at them prices. There's also special missions/survival modes which can be played on ya own or with others which just makes them even better.
