Hey,
It is not possible to know for which game Steam key is, unless you try to activate it. So winners can confirm they activated right game only after they add it to their library.
If creator adds wrong key - there is no way to prevent above situation from happening.
You could try write to HB that you activated key on wrong account, and would like to revoke previous one and get new one. But you risk being flagged as "trader". Some users are able to get replacement key though.

Wow. I guess i look like such an asshole and i'm really embarrassed. I was so sure you had to hit confirm once the game name was shown to you. Sorry FrownyDino for the blacklist - it's been removed.
I don't really want to get flagged as a trader, and i had pretty much made peace with getting a "not received" on the Evergarden giveaway, so i guess you can just go ahead and redeem the 11-11 Memories Retold key. It was my mistake anyway.
