Got this from humble bundle and although I didn't see any warnings on purchase this might be region locked to germany (it's been mentioned somewhere.)
so beware and only enter if you're either from germany or you're sure you can redeem it with your account anyway.
//edit: I misread your description... German keys should redeem in ROW regions, at least there are no region locks for the keys. See my posting here:

thank you for the update, I don't know for sure, (I purchased the bundle in germany) so I thought better safe than sorry ;) but it's nice to hear that others should be able to redeem it, too.
