Just a heads up: this is not how it works here. Rerolls need to be requested and are only granted by mods in certain situations and within certain rules. You can't just make up your own ones and you can't reroll yourself.
Sorry I didn't know cause I saw some giveaway ended 4 years ago and the winner still didn't claimed it. So I thought I could do this to avoid this scenario.

If the winner doesn't claim and mark as received within a week without notice, you can request a reroll from the mods. It is usually expected that you at least tried to contact the winner, so if you can provide a screen from a contact attempt on Steam for example, that helps.
