What are SG tools?
a site with tools where you can check SG rule violations (like wins that werent activated or multiple wins for the same game)
like for this giveaway the winner won games in the past which werent activated on his/her account but marked as received, so SG rule violated ("All gifts must be activated by the winner"). new winner requested.
