This is no requirement to enter or win this giveaway, but if you could spare a couple of minutes of your time, I'd appreciate if you'd read on.

In September 2021 I started a YouTube channel. I would highly appreciate if you'd check it out.

What will you find on my channel?

Let's Plays of various games, with commentary, ticking off, but not limited to, one or more of the following genres: Strategy, Puzzle, Management, Adventure, Survival, Post-Apocalyptic, RPG and/or Story Rich games.
Daily uploads of videos usually around 30 minutes in length. There'll mostly be several different series running at the same time (Aiming for 2)
My failures! Not all my videos will be wins. I'm no expert at the games I play. I will make mistakes, and some of them (Not all) will be uploaded as well.
A calm and relaxed atmosphere! No yelling, no rage, no hysterical laughter.

What games have you played/will you play?

Here's a few games I have playlists of on my channel: Frostpunk, Ori & The Blind Forest, The Last Spell and Dorfromantik.

Here's a few examples of games I'd like to play and uplaod in the future, to give you an idea of the kind of games you'll find on my channel: Disco Elysium, This War of Mine, Frostpunk 2, Actraiser: Renaissance, Railway Empire, Hollow Knight and Ori & The Will of the Wisps.

Who am I?

You'll find some basic knowledge about me on my YouTube channel in the "About" section!

But in short, I'm just a pretty chill dude that likes to play video games. I enjoy recording and commentating, and I enjoy engaging with the small community I have managed to gather so far.

Lastly, I want to emphasize that subscribing to my YouTube channel is not a requirement to enter or win this giveaway.

I've been thinking about creating some videos myself (I work in the film production industry anyway but don't release my stuff publicly) partially because like you said there's a bit of anxiety involved when creating a Youtube channel/ video but I'll probably do it exactly because of this reason as well as others like improving speaking skills and to try stuff out.

I'm personally not someone to enjoy Let's Plays but like I said before you have a great voice and I hope you continue making these videos as long as it's enjoyable for you :)

It was definitely scary for me to start my first video. I think I sat for an hour recording before I managed to blurt out the first words. To this day it's still scary, but at least I feel more comfortable starting. It still triggers my anxiety because I'm putting myself out there every day, but I don't think that'll ever go away. And it's not an unhealthy fear in either case.

I don't know what kind of films you make, but I definitely think you should give it a try with YouTube. Maybe nothing will come of it, but as you said, there's plenty of skills to hone just for yourself by doing it. And I feel much the same. And then it's just a bonus if others find your videos useful or entertaining as well :)
