The problem at steamgifts is, that you have to blacklist your DLC.
Otherwise it shows you always as a game/DLC, what you not have.
I can not complain, I won one and blacklisted the DLC after. xD

Seriously? It's a soundtrack. I stupidly tried the key, it said I owned it, I felt dumb, and told you to re-roll.
The key is still 100% valid and ready for somebody who doesn't already own it.
I'm not some petty scammer. And even if some scammer was on here for keys, you'd think they could hunt something more worth the risk than this soundtrack.

Also, not going to mark it received since the key did not go into my account, and I will not be making use of it in any way.
Read the site rules on that.
