Sadly a lot of people enter and never play their wins, many even just use bots to auto-join giveaways they have no real interest in, who knows why. Just under 85% of all users are Level 0 and it's likely many of these are bots. You can greatly improve the chance of someone playing their win by raising the giveaway even to just level 1. :)
Majority of the games I'm doing giveaways are from list of extra stuff I have had for some while where I have given them out for whoever have wanted some games, but the list just keeps growing and growing while everyone is "nono, I can't take that from you for free", so here we are :P
I do also have to admit that I do have some games that I have gotten, but they have buried over time and need to get back to them at some point, so requiring someone to instantly play the game creates unnecessary pressure. Also in here it seems like your contribution level means sharing games, which also creates unnecessary pressure in my eyes: "you are not worthy to get the game you want unless you share some games on this specific website". So I'll simply ask nicely and won't lose my sleep over if someone didn't read my notice.
