Probably they sent the wrong key. Can you check with them? I can also check with daedlic if there was some bug on steam

Ok, I checked, and I am sure that this key is from deponia retail, not from complete journey.
If you bought it, probably they gave you the wrong key : (
If you wish to fix, I will be glad. Otherwise, open a ticket to delete the giveaway.
