Hey, I tried to redeem the key but I got the following message: "Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed." Since there wasn't a regional restriction (I'm in the US) in the giveaway, I guess there is some issue with the key? How should we proceed?

The keys are working from the Humble Bundle site, I distributed 3 more keys of the same set - no one had any problems. I turned to support, let's see what they write.
