Hey, I just tried to redeem the key but it says it is not available in my country (Netherlands). This seems highly unlikely as I've never had this happen before, and I'm in West Europe of all places. I can buy the DLC on Steam aswell.
Can you make sure the key is region-free?

Hey i just checked on humble bundle site and there is no info about region lock as you can see here

the first image is how it appears on the bundle page
the second is the list of region restrictions from humble's support page, on ROW (rest of the world) it says nothing about NL being blocked
the third one is just an example of how it appears on the bundle page when the game actually has a lock
I'll try to contact humble support to see if we can work this out

edit actually there's no need to, i tried activating the key on my account to see if it would give the same error or something, and it ended up being activated even tho i don't have the base game

edit2 forgot to add, the problem you were having is because when i clicked to redeem on steam to generate the key it ended generating a SA key because i'm from Brazil, the keys could be redeemed for any region, but once they were generated they were tied to that region and i didn't know that, sorry again best luck on future giveaways

They won't ban you for a single unreported 'not received' giveaway. I'll mark it as such (because that IS what happened), but I can only do so after a week has passed.
I'm not doing this to screw you over, but because that's what the system is designed to do. You've given away plenty of games that have been received, so you'll be fine if this is a one-time mistake. Live and learn.
