I already own RotTR. I don't need the deluxe edition. I did enjoy the game a lot though and it's really good. If you just want to say that this giveaway is fake then please don't comment. its said in the FAQ not to say anything negative about any giveaway until your positive! My last giveaway was cancelled because I was giving away stuff worth $300.00 and people kept commenting that it was fake! I did not enjoy that so I just sent the keys to my friends. Note: If your the winner and there's something wrong with the key, please let me know, so I can send the right one. Also, note that there probably won't be anything wrong with it, I just put this here because I recently had a bad experience with this website!

Hey man, just as an update to your description you are saying that if there is something wrong with the key "please DO NOT claim it"... the winner will only know something is wrong with it once he/she has claimed it. So if it is a key to a different game and the user activates the key you still need to send the right key for the game as well.

• says your account already owns the product (which means you couldn't have entered in the first place)

Unfortunately, no, you cannot add a second copy to the current giveaway. You will have to create a new giveaway to give the key away.
Edit: To clarify, you can edit keys before sending them to the winner, but this does not allow you to give away multiple copies. You have to do that before publishing the giveaway.

no, you can edit, your keys (not 100% if during live giveaway, but sure for ended one)
also I think you can send many keys to one winner, some ppl have gifted complete editions with game and pass separately (but maybe through Steam chat or just editing key to pass once game redeemed)

Just edit the key after the giveaway ends (and before you show it to your winner).
Also, be sure that the key you are giving away matches the giveaway you created. The "vanilla" version from HumbleBundle, for example, would count as a "not received" because it is not the Deluxe version of the game.

Thanks for the giveaway opportunity! Remember, you're the one giving something away for free, so ignore complainers. I once accidentally posted a game that activated through Ubisoft instead of Steam, so I had to cancel the giveaway. I ended up on someone's blacklist, which I thought was pretty stupid given my ratio. Simple mistakes happen, so good on you for continuing to give things away regardless of the attitudes of the anonymous people online.

People tend to be negative towards new users, so that's just to be expected and unfortunately at the start you kind of have to put up with it. I'm sure that you can understand that people starting off on the website don't tend to give away such highly wanted games and expensive games, and also there are a lot of new users that create fake giveaways for these kinds of games and hence it is extremely hard to know if they are real or not. If it is real then I'll thank you on behalf of the Steamgifts community for making such a generous giveaway for others to win. :)
