Probably nothing that you don't already know. Berserk is the best of the best. Some that come to mind are Dragon Head, Drifting Classroom, Hakaiju, Sprite, I am a Hero, Insects R.

lol dude i finished i am a hero 2 weeks ago :D reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally unfortunate he had to end the manga that way :( damn i had hoped hanazawa was given more time to finish that one :/ drifting classroom was nice. nevertheless insects r was not on my radar thanks mate~ the other ones are already on my list :D

oh god please dont get me started on the got ending.. such a shame :S gantz (anime) keeps coming into my mind when i think of bad endings.. one of many reasons to read the books/mangas :S
