I see you are from Egypt, this should work for you, this is 99% the package I got: steamdb
Edit: Can you check what is the package ID? Do you have SteamDB extension?
yeah I got not available in my region, I tried some stuff but nothing worked
I also have previously redeemed HB keys and didn't encounter problems.

Usually the package is visible with steamdb extension or by inspecting the HTML for the page after trying to activate the key. But I don't want to make you work hard for something that doesn't work for you anyway... sorry for the inconvenience.
