Is SteamGifts safe?

Hello everyone! Before you say "Read the FAQ" I HAVE!
I want to know whether Steamgifts is safe, because I heard that if you win a game purchased by a stolen credit card you can get your Steam account suspended. Does this happen often here? Is there a risk? Have you ever won anything?

This site is a scam!

Now, seriously, I have never heard about such case of winning a game purchased with a stolen credit card... that might be 0.01% of the cases. I also don't think Valve punishes the account that activates it but the one that makes the purchase.

if you activate a game and it gets revoked, you will only lose it from your library/inventory. the person that bought it will probably get a trade ban or something like that.
