Now, seriously, I have never heard about such case of winning a game purchased with a stolen credit card... that might be 0.01% of the cases. I also don't think Valve punishes the account that activates it but the one that makes the purchase.

I want to know whether Steamgifts is safe, because I heard that if you win a game purchased by a stolen credit card you can get your Steam account suspended. Does this happen often here? Is there a risk? Have you ever won anything?
