I just converted all the stuff I found useless into gems and sold the sacks on the marker. Pretty much any game I would be interested in is at the 10K+ bid range. That's more than 7 pounds actual value. Haha, no way.

Sacrifice for 1550 gems, wishlisted. Got half of it from random clutter I won in some chat giveaways, other half cost like 0.5€ to buy and transform to gems. It was a great deal :)

Do any of you have any idea what we could do with our leftover gems? I don't plan on making any more gems and I've got 63 left over which is not enough for anything and I'd hate having them just sit in my inventory forever.

Polynomial for 1300 gems, had it on my wishlist for some time so I'm happy with it.

I got Claire for 2005 gems. The top bidder that I bumped down was trying to do the same thing that made me win the game, increase your bid (if top bidder) by 1 point. Was getting kinda nervous in the last few seconds because of this.

With a little luck I'll win an auction for a $10 game in the next half hour for approx 1200 gems. (all of which were gained by getting rid of junk).

Edit: Curses. Unsurprisingly I got sniped in the last minute. Probably by someone who doesn't even want the game to play. :(

I was able to win Fritz Chess 14 for 5500 gems. (3000 from my salvaged my items, 3000 gems bought. That left me with 500 gems, so I salvaged some other items and sold 1000 gems. In the end the game cost me about 3$, more or less)

I'm happy with what I was able to win, I stopped training chess for about 4 years ago, and maybe this is a sign that I should start playing again
