Key drop with a twist

Hi everyone. I got my hands on Saints Row Gat out of Hell (6LKPZ - XB4Q8 - VT32T) and for the DLC (2XGR9 - K99CV - CWQ4Z). I can't activate it since it's region locked. Whoever gets it please let me know what region it's for.

IMHO bad idea just to drop keys like that :) more often than not they end up in hands of bots or dipshits who dont even say thanks .
