I disagree. Just because it is legal for customers to sell their used games / software doesn't mean anybody has to provide them with the actual means to do so.

"This step is huge in the digital distribution sense. You are now officially allowed to sell your Steam / Origin / GoG games and whatever…if you live in Europe.
