It's case by case but I would say no more than 30% of region restricted GA's and at least 50% public / open group GA's.

I used it as well to see number of GA and calculate percentage. I have 33% of games that are region restricted, thats why I said it. Clarifying rules would save you lots of time :)

As for the freebie in the group, it wasn't a mandatory monthly. Just a spur of the moment kind of thing, since I found out I owned the game myself, so it's probably not a huge deal (I hope).
