Unfortunately no. Even the latest +24h GAs were an exception.
I might be a selective reader, noticing only what I want to see 'cause I skipped that requirement entirely 👍

I've been a little busy lately but I was rather active for my first year or so. I recently contributed a bunch to the Community Train 8.0 which is why they're invite only, but I do plan to resume being active in the near future. Other than that (and my last public giveaway being just before my grandmother passed away), I believe I meet your requirements.

Would like to give it a try, not sure about my CV because I don't track it, but I think it's okay.
Every giveaway I enter is a game I want to play, I don't think about the cards or anything but I ended up buying more and more games and years later, I'm drowning in my backlog x_x
Sadly most of my giveaways are from Humble Bundles / Fanatical bundles because I think that's the easiest option for no region restricted giveaways. But you have the last word.
