"Cheaper than Steam"..

I recently happened to enter a website called http://www.cheaperthansteam.com/ and I was wondering if there is anyone who have bought from this site before? Is it legit?

I did some research on Google and I have to say that I don't feel safe about it, but I'm still interested in it since you purchase with BTC.
