Steam Card Exchange has a bot who will trade cards with you based on market value. It's fast and easy.

If the bot doesn't have the card you want then try Steam Trade Matcher, which scans your inventory and matches gives you a list of people who have a dupe of something you're missing, and missing something you have a dupe of in the same set. Perfect for finding 1:1 trades.
