Is anyone else's Ingie Gala Google checkout purchase in GPD more than they put?

Mine is and I was wondering why? It was about 50 cents more and I know that isn't a big deal but....I don't have a whole lot of money XD. Also do you guys know when Happy hour ends?

I don't think I ever payed as much as I wrote in that box, but the difference is never more than ~20 cents so it's like, "fuck it".
