Well i buy games from amazon (Digital Only) and use fake U.S address (Google's HQ) i save like 20 euro from new releases.. But cant help you with your problem sorry

How about you just ask HIB? They have a great support team for questions just like this. You can either email them or use the live chat they have going. Otherwise I suggest you go and buy a prepaid visa card from your supermarket and tie that to an account

Bank accounts cost money?

I thought it was in the bank's interest to provide the services for free because they get to use your money while it's in the bank account. The more people they can get using bank accounts, the more money they get to play with. That's how banks work. o.0

Perhaps he meant expensive in that you need to maintain a high account balance to avoid fees, money that he would rather have on hand.

I have a very low balance at nearly all times and I've never been charged a fee (I've never gone overdrawn though, that would incur a fee). I guess it's a difference between how banks work in different countries.

Banks in wealthier countries operate differently, since the amount of money they take in from customers is huge and allows them to make tremendous profits. On the other end, look at banks in poorer countries -- for example, in much of SE Asia, it's rather expensive to open a bank account.

IDK if this applies to the OP's situation is CR isn't really that poor, but I just thought I'd shed some light on how banks work in different places.

If you're over 15, you can make bank account in ČSOB. If you're over 18 you can also make an account in mBank or Zuno. You won't pay any fees and you'll also have a debit card. ;-) Or you can just simply ask your parents or friends. By the way, I'm also from ČR.

You never could use a PSC on Amazon. Amazon has nothing to do with them. You can buy an Amazon card via SMS if you're a US citizen however.
Until they add more payment options, you will not be buying the bundle yourself, sorry mate
